I have stayed at both, Dynasty is great for kids, families. I would prefer Ramada, I love the fact that it is right on the beach, spend a lot of time sitting on beach chairs watching the hawkers, the beach itself, great entertainment. Ramamada has big gardens but if you email and request a ground floor, I am sure they would obligue. None are overly busy.
