*She had to get a passport which required family certificate and birth certificate of which she didn't have
*She needed a school certificate for the visa
*Letter from her employer for te visa showing she intended to return to Bali
*Proof of bank account
*Letter of invitation from us
*Bank statements from us
*copies of our passports
*copies of tax returns for us
$70AUD in rupiah cash even if it is not approved.
