I would expect a large hotel to be the go and one that has a 3 hour happy hour :)I did read on here one neypi day that they got charged $100US for dinner as the hotel they were staying at knew they could not leave and that was room service charge....so may pay you to check that out or buy some food supply's..Pepitos sell roast chicken i believe and bali hai resort is next to that and i also read people loved being at the bali Hai during Neypi so you might get be able to get yourselves organised down there.
