Chloe ? As a member of BTF I am sure that you would have done some homework & WILL be happy there.
As I have said before each to his own but from my own feelings -If you look around even a bit you will find wha I consider way better places for the same price you pay at 14 Roses with staff just as nice & facilties way better BUT who really cares IF you are happy staying there.It really concerns no one else but YOU !
We are certainly not into upmarket places but for real budget our favourite in the Kuta/Legian area is that we have found is Baleka beach hotel & for the next step up is the MBR.We only ever book for lead in packages or a little above & do our own thing for the rest of our trip because we move around a lot.
Keeping this in mind there are still a lot of places we still want to check out,look through or maybe even stay at on future trips - mainly because of comments & recommendations from fellow forumites,who's opinions I highly value.
