hey, i have just returned from a 4 month trip in bali and did alot of traveling around. Lovina is about 3.5 hours from kuta (on bike). the hot springs are only about 20min from there and there is a waterfall in les village (not sure if thats the one you mean).... and les village is about one hour along the coast from lovina. Alternatively i know it's 3.5 hours from kuta to les village. I did the trip many times as my "friend" is from les village. on the way you also can pass through kutamani and the volcano. (it takes about 1 hour, bit more from there to les)
