one tip while at the dentist - you are supposed to stop talking while they are doing the work! My dentist here has the funniest dental assistant, and she constantly makes me laugh - not easy with a couple of hands and half a toolbox in your mouth. Mind you I always stop laughing when I get the bill. I will give Bali some serious thought next time I need some major works.
