can someone please help re VOA!!!

I know I know, Im a bit thick, but I just want to know, as we are going for two months and have to apply for a visa in australia, do we also pay the VOA.

I have a funny feeling Mic did tell me what I do, but I just cant remember, so rather than look in the archives Im taking a shortcut!!!
