Hi, have never had it done myself, but MIRACLE salon which is in Istana Kuta Galleria, do it. I have my manicures, facials and pedicures there. I dont know price comparison, but it is very clean, hygenic (all other procdures anyway) and I have seen in the room where they do botox. There is doctor and a couple of nurses. I love this place, so nice and cool. Also you have to make appointment for anything they are so busy and good indication is it is ususally full of the Indonesian well off ladies who come down to Bali for weekends and breaks.You may mention Anna from Australia (ex Gekko) recommended you.
