I'm a nail tech and if I see this problem (usually people are prone to thrush).......... I send them to the chemist to get Canasten Drops to put under their nails a few times a day ....
Also take your own file....... the girls on the beach sell foot paddles just buy one from them when you get your feet scraped ..
