We stayed in a standard room and were pleased with most aspects of this hotel. Location excellent, just north of Matahari Bungalows which was full btw, staff lovely and very helpful, cleanliness not bad. The bathroom was a bit sad which I've found is quite the norm for a lot of budget hotels in Bali. They gave us a cheaper rate because we were staying 10 days. The pools and spa are very nice. I really enjoyed their larger pool. Breakfast included was Continental, toast, fruit tea/coffee or Indonesian. Extra for American, which of course included eggs and bacon. Restaurant upstairs was pleasant and we could sit there after breakfast and watch the world go by. Air conditioner was good. Smallish rooms but pretty standard. The only thing I would have preferred is a fridge which I think is included in the deluxe. There is a new part being built at the back of the narrow but long property and some of the rooms, maybe the deluxe, were quite modern and seemed to ‘match' the new building. The builders going through the hotel did bother us too much. No excessive noise. Generally a quiet hotel. The post office out the front is very convenient. The lady will let you borrow the large scales to weigh your luggage if you are that way inclined. Any questions please ask.
