I use ARC Clinic. They have a website just google it. They also have the price list listed. I have used them twice and am very happy. I had botox and on my second visit I had a couple of little lumps lasered off. You cant even see where they used to be. Going back next week for more botox and another little lump on my cheek removed. You can also book your appointment via their website and they will email you a confirmation.
